The Bishop’s Gaiters men’s basketball team stepped off the hardwood and picked up grocery bags on Saturday, December 15. In the spirit of the holiday season the Gaiters volunteered their time at Provigo in Lennoxville bagging groceries and collecting donations for the Alexander Galt Christmas Basket Program. [+]

The Bishop’s Gaiters women’s basketball team fell 80-47 to the Laval Rouge et Or on Saturday. The Gaiters trailed the entire game but were within striking distance at the half. Laval went onto outscore Bishop’s 44-19 after the break as they cruised to victory. [+]
The Bishop’s Gaiters men’s basketball team won their first game of the season on Saturday night. They defeated the Laval Rouge et Or 74-58 in front of a energetic Mitchell Gymnasium crowd. It was the last home game of the semester for the purple and silver. [+]
The Bishop’s Gaiters men’s and women’s basketball teams are set for their last home games of 2012. They will host the Laval Rouge et Or on Saturday, November 24 in Mitchell Gymnasium. The women’s tipoff is set for 6 p.m. while the men start at 8 p.m. The women’s hockey squad is also in action as they play a pair of exhibition games in Stanstead, Quebec this weekend. [+]
